INVESTMENT BY LESSOR. LESSOR is acquiring its interest in the Aircraft for its own account from its corporate funds, for investment and not with a view to any resale or distribution thereof that would require registration under the Securities Act of 1933; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that subject to the transfer restrictions in Article 24.2, its disposition of its interest in the Aircraft shall at all times be within its control.
