Common use of Investigation by the Lender Clause in Contracts

Investigation by the Lender. The Lender, its servants or agents if they have justifiable grounds for conducting such investigation, shall have the right after giving reasonable notice to the Mortgagor and/or the Borrower to enter into and upon any land or premises belonging to the Mortgagor and/or the Borrower or where the Mortgagor and/or the Borrower carry on their respective businesses and inspect the same and to inspect all accounts records and statements of the Mortgagor and the Borrower wherever the same may be situate and the Mortgagor and the Borrower shall pay all costs, fees and other expenses whether legal or otherwise in respect of such inspection;
