Common use of INVESCO MANAGEMENT TRUST Clause in Contracts

INVESCO MANAGEMENT TRUST. This Amendment No. 1 to the Second Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust of Invesco Management Trust (this “Amendment”) amends, effective April 2, 2018, the Second Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust of Invesco Management Trust (the “Trust”) dated as of April 11, 2017, as amended (the “Agreement”). Under Section 9.7 of the Agreement, this Amendment may be executed by a duly authorized officer of the Trust.

INVESCO MANAGEMENT TRUST. This Amendment No. 1 to the Second Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust of Invesco Management Trust (this “Amendment”) amends, effective April 2January 29, 20182016, the Second Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust of Invesco Management Trust (the “Trust”) dated as of April 11March 26, 20172014, as amended (the “Agreement”). Under Section 9.7 of the Agreement, this Amendment may be executed by a duly authorized officer of the Trust.

INVESCO MANAGEMENT TRUST. This Amendment No. 1 2 to the Second Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust of Invesco Management Trust (this “Amendment”) amends, effective April 2March 27, 20182019, the Second Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust of Invesco Management Trust (the “Trust”) dated as of April 11, 2017, as amended (the “Agreement”). Under Section 9.7 of the Agreement, this Amendment may be executed by a duly authorized officer of the Trust.

This Amendment No. 1 3 to the Second Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust of Invesco Management Trust (this “Amendment”) amends, effective April 2September 17, 20182019, the Second Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust of Invesco Management Trust (the “Trust”) dated as of April 11, 2017, as amended (the “Agreement”). Under Section 9.7 of the Agreement, this Amendment may be executed by a duly authorized officer of the Trust.
