Common use of Inventory Reserve Clause in Contracts

Inventory Reserve. reserves established by Agent in its Permitted Discretion to reflect factors that may negatively impact the Value of Inventory, including change in salability, obsolescence, seasonality, theft, shrinkage, imbalance, change in composition or mix, markdowns and vendor chargebacks. Investment: as defined in Section 10.2.4. IRS: the United States Internal Revenue Service. Issuing Bank: Bank of America (including any Lending Office of Bank of America), or any replacement issuer appointed pursuant to Section 2.2.4.
