Inventory Location. Borrower shall keep the Inventory only at the following locations: 4250▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ - ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ 405 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ - ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ such other locations of which Borrower gives Bank prior written notice and as to which Borrower signs and files a financing statement where needed to perfect Bank's security interest.
