INVENTORY FORM Sample Clauses
The INVENTORY FORM clause establishes the requirement for a detailed list of items, materials, or assets relevant to the agreement. Typically, this form is completed and attached as an exhibit or schedule, specifying quantities, descriptions, and conditions of the inventory at a particular point in time, such as at the start or end of a lease or sale. Its core function is to provide a clear, mutually agreed-upon record of inventory, thereby reducing disputes over the existence, condition, or ownership of items covered by the contract.
