Inventory Availability. Parkdale agrees to maintain an inventory of each of the yarns covered by this contract equal to three (3) days requirements.

Inventory Availability. Company will email Member an inventory for any/all Member Service Order(s) within five (5) business days of receipt of Me mber’ s request for same, provided that Company will not be held liable in any way for failure to produce an inventory within such timeframe.
