Common use of Inventions Clause in Contracts

Inventions. Employee shall disclose promptly to the Company any and all significant conceptions and ideas for inventions, improvements and valuable discoveries, whether patentable or not, which are conceived or made by Employee, solely or jointly with another, during the period of employment or within one (1) year thereafter, and which are directly related to the business or activities of the Company (including the Company’s subsidiaries) and which Employee conceives as a result of his employment by the Company. Employee hereby assigns and agrees to assign all his interests therein to the Company or its nominee. Whenever requested to do so by the Company, Employee shall execute any and all applications, assignments or other instruments that the Company shall deem necessary to apply for and obtain letters patent of the United States or any foreign country or to otherwise protect the Company’s interest therein.

Inventions. Employee Executive shall disclose promptly to the Company any and all significant conceptions and ideas for inventions, improvements improvements, and valuable discoveries, whether patentable or not, which that are conceived or made by EmployeeExecutive, solely or jointly with another, during the period of employment or within one (1) year thereafter, and which that are directly related to the business or activities of the Company (including the Company’s subsidiaries) and which Employee that Executive conceives as a result of his employment by the Company, regardless of whether or not such ideas, inventions, or improvements qualify as "works for hire". Employee Executive hereby assigns and agrees to assign all his interests therein to the Company or its nominee. Whenever requested to do so by the Company, Employee Executive shall execute any and all applications, assignments assignments, or other instruments that the Company shall deem necessary to apply for and obtain letters patent of registrations in the United States or any foreign country or to otherwise protect the Company’s 's interest therein.

Employee Executive shall disclose promptly to the Company any and all significant conceptions and ideas for inventions, improvements improvements, and valuable discoveries, whether patentable or not, which that are conceived or made by EmployeeExecutive, solely or jointly with another, during the period of employment or within one (1) year thereafter, and which that are directly related to the business or activities of the Company (including the Company’s subsidiaries) and which Employee that Executive conceives as a result of his her employment by the Company, regardless of whether or not such ideas, inventions, or improvements qualify as "works for hire". Employee Executive hereby assigns and agrees to assign all his her interests therein to the Company or its nominee. Whenever requested to do so by the Company, Employee Executive shall execute any and all applications, assignments assignments, or other instruments that the Company shall deem necessary to apply for and obtain letters patent of registrations in the United States or any foreign country or to otherwise protect the Company’s 's interest therein.

Employee hereby assigns and agrees to assign all his interests therein to the Company or its nominee. Whenever requested to do so by the Company, Employee shall execute any and all applications, assignments or other instruments that the Company shall deem necessary to apply for and obtain letters patent of the United States or any foreign country or to otherwise protect the Company’s 's interest therein.

Whenever requested to do so by the Company, Company Employee shall execute any and all applications, assignments or other instruments that the Company company shall deem necessary to apply for and obtain letters patent Letters Patent of the United States or any foreign country or to otherwise protect the Company’s interest therein.

Whenever requested to do so by the Company, Employee shall execute any and all applications, assignments or other instruments that the Company shall deem necessary to apply for and obtain letters patent Letters Patent of the United States or any foreign country or to otherwise protect the Company’s 's interest therein.

Employee shall disclose promptly to Cotelligent and the Company any and all significant conceptions and ideas for software, inventions, improvements and valuable discoveries, whether patentable or copyrightable or not, which are conceived or made by Employee, solely or jointly with another, during the period of employment or within one (1) year thereafter, and which are directly related to the business or activities of the Company (including the Company’s subsidiaries) or Cotelligent and which Employee conceives as a result of his her employment by the Company. Employee hereby assigns and agrees to assign all his her interests therein to the Company or its nominee. Whenever requested to do so by the Company, Employee shall execute any and all applications, assignments or other instruments that the Company shall deem necessary to apply for and obtain letters patent Letters Patent of the United States or any foreign country or to otherwise protect the Company’s 's interest therein.
