Common use of Invention Assignment Clause in Contracts

Invention Assignment. All inventions, innovations, improvements, developments, methods, designs, analyses, reports, and all similar or related information which relates to either the Company’s actual or anticipated business, research and development or existing or future products or services and which are conceived, developed or made by Executive while employed by the Company (the “Work Product”) belong to the Company and not to the Executive. The Executive shall promptly disclose such Work Product to the Board and perform all actions reasonably requested by the applicable Board (whether during or after the Term of this Agreement) to establish and confirm such ownership (including, without limitation, assignments, consents, powers of attorneys and other instruments).

All The Executive agrees that all inventions, innovations, improvements, developments, methods, designs, analyses, reports, and all similar or related information which relates to either the Company’s Company Group's actual or anticipated business, research and development or existing or future products or services and which are conceived, developed or made by Executive while employed by any entity within the Company Group, whether or not patented (the “"Work Product”") belong to the Company and not to the ExecutiveGroup. The Executive shall will promptly disclose such Work Product to the Board and perform all actions reasonably requested by the applicable Board (whether during or after the Term of this AgreementTerm) to establish and confirm such ownership (including, without limitation, assignments, consents, powers of attorneys and other instruments).
