Common use of Invalidity of Liens Clause in Contracts

Invalidity of Liens. Any of the following shall occur: (i) the Liens created hereunder or under the other Loan Documents shall at any time cease to constitute valid and perfected Liens on any Collateral which is intended to be covered thereby other than with the consent, in writing, of the Administrative Agent or with respect to any asset that is the subject of a Permitted Disposition; (ii) any Loan Document shall for whatever reason be terminated, or shall cease to be in full force and effect other than with the consent, in writing, of the Administrative Agent or otherwise in accordance with its terms; or (iii) the enforceability of any Loan Document shall be contested by any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries; or
