Invalidity of Contract Sample Clauses

The Invalidity of Contract clause defines the consequences and procedures if any part of the contract is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable. Typically, this clause states that the remainder of the contract will remain in effect even if a specific provision is deemed invalid, and may allow for the renegotiation or replacement of the affected provision. Its core function is to ensure that the contract as a whole is not voided due to one problematic section, thereby preserving the parties' overall agreement and minimizing disruption.
