Invalidity of Certain Provisions. If any term or covenant of this Subgrant Agreement, or the application thereof, shall to any extent be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and covenants of this Subgrant Agreement, or the application of such terms or covenants, shall not be affected thereby and each term and covenant of this Subgrant Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
