Invalidation. A. Should any section, or portion thereof, of this Agreement beheld unlawful and unenforceable by any tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall apply only to the specified section or portion thereof directly specified in the decision and not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement, including but not limited to Article 13.
