Invalidated Provisions. In any event that any of the provisions of this Agreement shall become invalid or unenforceable, as determined by a court of law with proper jurisdiction or by state and federal legislative action, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions thereof.
Invalidated Provisions. If an arbitrator or court finds any provision to be invalid, you and we agree that the arbitrator or court should give valid effect to the intention of that provision, and that the remainder of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
