Common use of Introductory Paragraph Clause in Contracts

Introductory Paragraph. This Agreement is voluntarily entered into by and between the Board of Trustees of Community College District No. 51 2, County of ▇▇▇▇ and the State of Illinois hereinafter referred to as the " Board," and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ College Faculty Senate, a Chapter of the ▇▇▇▇ County College Teachers Union, Local 1 600, AFT, AFL.-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Faculty Senate," or "Senate," as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for the faculty members in the bargaining unit as defined herein.
