Introductory and transitional provisions. 12.1. As from 9 months after the date of entry into force of this Regulation and subject to the conditions of paragraphs 13.1. and 13.5., a Contracting Party applying this Regulation shall accept an IWVTA issued pursuant to this Regulation and shall not request separate approvals pursuant to those UN Regulations listed in Annex 4, Part A, Section I, compliance to which is certified by this IWVTA.
