Introduction Session. At the start of this service, an initial phone introduction session will be scheduled for the TRM to introduce the ASP Member to Citrix Technical Support contact information and processes. In addition, on sign-up ASP Member will receive a "welcome package" describing the Citrix technical Support Contact process.
