Common use of INTRABUILDING NETWORK CABLING Clause in Contracts

INTRABUILDING NETWORK CABLING. Landlord shall have no obligation to provide Tenant with any INC, and any INC shall be installed by Tenant at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. The Building’s minimum point of entry for telephone service (“MPOE”), the INC risers and the telephone terminal rooms located on each floor of the Building may only be accessed with Landlord’s prior consent and by contractors approved by Landlord, in Landlord’s reasonable discretion. Landlord shall have the right to approve in its sole discretion the amount, location and method of installation of any INC installed by Tenant. Landlord makes no representation or warranty concerning the condition of any existing INC, and Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant arising out of the condition of any INC inside or outside of the Premises. Tenant shall be responsible for any loss, cost, damage, liability and expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of INC.
