Intra-City Interconnection. 15.1 Purpose ------- Pursuant and in addition to Section ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇ of the Cable Ordinance, the Grantee shall cooperate with other cable television services franchise grantees within the City ("Other Grantees") to interconnect all cable television within the City to amre that the granting by the City of separate franchises for cable television services does not restrict utilization of such cable television service systems on a City-wide basis. Sufficient interconnection is essential for access channels and local origination channels to facilitate City-wide and geographically-targeted programming and services.
