Common use of Intoxication Clause in Contracts

Intoxication. No intoxicating substance of any form shall be allowed on the premises. When a person is taking medicine, such person shall only be allowed to work if the side effects of such medicine do not constitute a threat to the health of the person concerned or other persons at such workplace.
