Northern Rock hereby undertakes to the Mortgages Trustee that it will, within fourteen days of the execution of this deed, serve a notice of assignation by recorded delivery post in such form as the Mortgage Trustee shall approve upon each of the Guarantors pursuant to each Scottish Guarantee.
