INTERVIEWS AND PRESENTATIONS Sample Clauses

The INTERVIEWS AND PRESENTATIONS clause establishes the requirements and procedures for conducting interviews or presentations as part of a selection or evaluation process. Typically, this clause outlines when and how candidates or bidders may be asked to participate in interviews or deliver presentations, specifying the format, timing, and evaluation criteria. Its core function is to ensure a fair and transparent process for assessing participants beyond written submissions, helping decision-makers gain deeper insights into qualifications or proposals.
INTERVIEWS AND PRESENTATIONS. The evaluation committee does not intend to conduct interviews or presentations but we reserve the right to conduct interviews and presentations if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Conducting Procurement Unit. Interviews and presentations may be held at the option of the State. The State shall establish a date and time for the interviews or presentations and shall notify eligible Offerors of the procedures. Offerors invited to interviews or presentations shall be limited to those Offerors meeting the mandatory minimum requirements and mandatory minimum technical score threshold specified in the RFP. Representations made by an Offeror during interviews or presentations shall become an addendum to the Offeror's proposal and shall be documented. Representations must be consistent with the Offeror's original proposal and may only be used for purposes of clarifying or filling in gaps in the Offeror's proposal. Interviews and presentations will be at the Offeror's expense.
INTERVIEWS AND PRESENTATIONS. If it is determined to be in the best interest of the Conducting Procurement Unit, interviews and presentations may be held at the option of the State.
INTERVIEWS AND PRESENTATIONS. In fairness to all firms, requests for interviews prior to the closing time and date will not be permitted. Interviews with selected firms may or may not be requested by the Town after the closing date. Selection may be made strictly from the information provided in the Proposal. However, the Town reserves the right to conduct interviews with and request presentations from any respondents.
