INTERVIEW FOR PLACEMENT. An employee who has insufficient seniority to bump may elect to be interviewed for another classification they qualify for on or before the effective date of the layoff. A position in that classification must become vacant and be approved to fill during the 60 day layoff notification period. If selected, the employee retains the right to be on the recall list for the classification from which they were laid off.

  • Optional Mediation The Parties may mutually agree to non-binding mediation:

  • Order Placement To place orders for the Trustee to create or redeem one or more Baskets, Authorized Participants must follow the procedures for creation and redemption referred to in Section 3 of this Agreement and the procedures described in Attachment A hereto (the “Procedures”), as each may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Salary Placement Entry-level placement on the salary schedule shall be at the lowest step of the schedule for the classification or at the hourly rate established for the classification, unless the District authorizes hiring at a higher rate.

  • Step Placement A. Employees will be compensated on a salary range consisting of seven (7) steps. The salary percentage differential for the seven (7) steps is as follows:

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

  • TIMEFRAME FOR OFFERS The Commissioner reserves the right to make awards within 60 days after the date of the Bid opening or such other period of time as set forth in the Solicitation. The Bids must remain firm until a Contract is awarded, but if a Contract is not awarded within 60 days or other time period set forth in the Solicitation, the Bidder may withdraw its Bid any time thereafter by delivering to the Commissioner written notice of the withdrawal of its Bid.

  • Public Offering The Company is advised by you that the Underwriters propose to make a public offering of their respective portions of the Securities as soon after the Registration Statement and this Agreement have become effective as in your judgment is advisable. The Company is further advised by you that the Securities are to be offered to the public upon the terms set forth in the Prospectus.

  • PRACTICAL PLACEMENTS 8.1 If a Skills First Student is to undertake a Practical Placement, the Training Provider must enter into a written Practical Placement agreement.

  • Placement Upon successful completion of his or her training period, the Hospital and the Union undertake to waive any restrictions which might otherwise apply, and the employee will be placed in the job identified in 9.11(a)(i). An employee subject to layoff who applies but later declines to accept a retraining offer or fails to complete the training will remain subject to layoff.

  • Paid Service Offerings With respect to those Services for which we charge a fee to use or access, the payment terms with respect to such Services wil be presented to you at the time of acceptance of such Services and this XXXX. By accessing our paid Services, you agree to pay a l charges and fees incurred by you in connection with such use and access as outlined to you prior to your accessing same. Al amounts payable by you hereunder sha l be paid in United States do lars and the timing of such payments sha l be disclosed in supplemental terms.
