Interview Boaters/Data Collection. WaterGuards inspectors will interview the boaters and collect data consistent with DNR rules and processes for collecting data. Governmental Unit can contract for additional data collection beyond the DNR process; however, that is not part of the standard services. WaterGuards inspectors will upload collected inspection data at a minimum of once per week.
