INTERVENTIONS AND SANCTIONS. AMIkids shall provide the District the results of the Annual DJJ Quality Improvement (QI) Review for the Facility and the Accountability Measures Ratings Report for the Educational Component. Unsatisfactory findings shall result in the development of a corrective action plan to be submitted to the District within 30 days of the review. The Superintendent’s designee shall monitor the plan. The School Improvement Plan (SIP) should reflect identified deficiencies and plans to correct deficiencies. Failure to comply with corrections within ninety (90) days will be considered a default and can lead to termination of the Contract.
