Intervention Programs. Employees in District-sponsored intervention programs that provide additional planned instruction outside the regular workday to help students succeed (e.g., Tier 2 or 3 RTI interventions) shall be paid their per diem rate of pay. For every hour of instruction, ten (10) minutes of planning time shall be paid at the same per diem rate.
