Interval Funds. Each Fund designated as an “Interval Fund” on Schedule B shall receive Services under this Section 3 in accordance with Schedule E, upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein.” 2. The Agreement is hereby amended as of the Effective Date by deleting Schedule B in its entirety and replacing it with the Schedule B as attached hereto. 3.
