Interruption in Supply. For any particular Lead Compound, in order to minimize any interruptions in supply hereunder, FG and Astellas agree that within [ * ], FG shall maintain two separate, validated manufacturing sites (which may either be its own manufacturing facilities or facilities of a contract manufacturer) for such Lead Compound.
