Interrelated Work Sample Clauses

Interrelated Work. If part of the Project Implementation Work depends on proper execution of construction or operations by the KRRC or a Separate Contractor, the Project Company shall, prior to proceeding with that portion of the Project Implementation Work, inspect the other work and promptly report to the KRRC Contract Representative any apparent discrepancies or defects in the other construction that would render it unsuitable for the proper execution of the Project Implementation Work. The Project Company shall be entitled to Uncontrollable Circumstance relief as and to the extent provided in Article 14 (Uncontrollable Circumstances) in the event that defects in the work of the KRRC or any Separate Contractor render the work unsuitable for the proper execution or result of any part of the Project Implementation Work. However, failure of the Project Company to report apparent discrepancies or defects in the other construction shall constitute acknowledgement
Interrelated Work. If part of the Design-Build Work depends on proper execution of construction or operations by the City or a Separate Contractor, the Design-Builder shall, prior to proceeding with that portion of the Design-Build Work, inspect the other work and promptly report to the City Contract Representative any apparent discrepancies or defects in the other construction that would render it unsuitable for the proper execution of the Design-Build Work. The Design-Builder shall be entitled to Uncontrollable Circumstance relief as and to the extent provided in Article 39 in the event that defects in the work of the City or any Separate Contractor render the work unsuitable for the proper execution or result of any part of the Design-Build Work. However, failure of the Design-Builder to report apparent discrepancies or defects in the other construction shall constitute acknowledgment that the City’s or the Separate Contractor’s completed or partially completed construction is fit and proper to receive the Design-Build Work, except as to discrepancies or defects not then reasonably discoverable pursuant to Good Engineering and Construction Practice.
Interrelated Work. If part of the Habitat Restoration Work depends on proper execution of construction or operations by the KRRC, the Project Company or a Separate Contractor, the Contractor shall, prior to proceeding with that portion of the Habitat Restoration Work, inspect the other work and promptly report to the KRRC Contract Representative any apparent discrepancies or defects in the other construction that would render it unsuitable for the proper execution of the Habitat Project Work. The Contractor shall be entitled to Uncontrollable Circumstance relief as and to the extent provided in Article 12 (Uncontrollable Circumstances) in the event that defects in the work of the KRRC, the Project Company or any Separate Contractor render the work unsuitable for the proper execution or result of any part of the Habitat Project Work. However, failure of the Contractor to report discrepancies or defects in the other construction and actually known by the Contractor shall constitute acknowledgment that the KRRC’s or the Separate Contractor’s completed or partially completed construction is fit and proper to receive the Habitat Project Work.
