Interpretive. 3.2.1 Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement will have the meanings given in the UGC and SGC. 3.2.2 All references in the UGC and SGC to “contractor” and “general contractor” shall be read and conclusively deemed to refer to Contractor for all purposes under this Agreement. 3.2.3 To the extent the terms of this Agreement conflict with the UGC and/or the SGC, the terms of this Agreement will control. 3.2.4 If there is an irreconcilable conflict between or among the various documents that make up the Contract Documents, the interpretation that provides for the higher quality of material and/or workmanship will prevail over all other interpretations.
