Interpretative Public Display. After finalizing the SOW and in consideration of information obtained during the oral interviews with Native American members of Consulting Tribes and through the ethnohistoric reporting efforts, the Project Sponsor will develop an interpretative public display which will be installed at the two high-speed passenger train stations. FRA will consult with the Signatories, Invited Signatories, Consulting Tribes, and other Consulting Parties regarding the interpretative public display subject to the timeframes and communications defined in Stipulation I.
