Interpretation note. For the purposes of this clause, the definition of Lower Mainland is the Lower Mainland District as defined by the Ministry of Transportation as at October 31, 2012.
Interpretation note. It is intended that each Member be able to cast their vote(s) to nominate Projects for prioritisation by allocating the number of votes they are entitled to cast towards one or more Projects. For example a Band 2 Industry Member could cast their voting entitlement by nominating one Project twice or by nominating two separate Projects once only. Once a Member has exhausted their voting entitlement, then they are not able to nominate further projects.
