Common use of INTERPRETATION; AUTHORIZATION Clause in Contracts

INTERPRETATION; AUTHORIZATION. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed or construed by the parties hereto, nor by any third party, as creating the relationship of principal and agent or of partnership or of joint ventures between the parties hereto, it being understood and agreed that neither the method of computation of Rentals, nor any other provision contained herein, nor any acts of the parties herein, shall be deemed to create any relationship between the parties hereto other than the relationship of landlord and tenant. If this Agreement is signed on behalf of a corporation, partnership or other entity, the signer is duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of such corporation, partnership or entity.
