Interpretation and Governing Law. This Agreement shall be construed as a whole according to its fair meaning. It shall not be construed strictly for or against Executive or the Company. This Agreement shall be governed by the statutes and common law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, excluding its choice of law statutes and common law.
