Interpleader. In the event of a dispute about any funds of the Client held by Foreside from time to time under this Agreement, Foreside or its agents may commence an action in interpleader and pay the disputed funds into a court of competent jurisdiction, and the Client shall reimburse Foreside for its reasonable costs and expenses related to any such action in interpleader.
