Common use of Interoperability Clause in Contracts

Interoperability. Service Provider represents, warrants and covenants that the Software, Equipment and Systems provided by Service Provider and/or used to provide the Services shall be interoperable with the software, equipment and systems used by DIR or the DIR Customers to the extent necessary to provide the same or similar services and/or to deliver records to, receive records from or otherwise interact with the Software, Equipment and Systems to receive the Services.
