Interoffice - Originating. When any call originates from an ULS Port and is routed to NEVADA's public network via a connection to unbundled transport, CLEC will pay the Interoffice -Originating rates. Interoffice - Originating rate elements include a charge for Setup per Attempt and a charge per Minute of Use ("MOU"). Charges for unbundled transport as outlined in Section 8 below will also apply.
