Internet Website. The Settlement Notice Administrator shall establish a settlement website that will inform Class Members of the terms of this Settlement Agreement, their rights, dates and deadlines and related information. The website shall include, in .pdf format, materials agreed upon by the Parties and/or required by the Court, including, but not limited to, the Settlement Agreement, the Publication Notice, Frequently Asked Questions and Answers, and Court documents that may be of interest to most Class Members.
