INTERNET AND CABLE Sample Clauses

The INTERNET AND CABLE clause defines the responsibilities and arrangements regarding the provision and payment for internet and cable television services at a property. Typically, this clause specifies whether the landlord or tenant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and covering the costs of these services, and may outline any restrictions on installation or service providers. Its core function is to ensure both parties understand their obligations related to internet and cable, thereby preventing disputes over service access or billing during the tenancy.
