International Partner Selection. MCA-Georgia launched an open and competitive RFP to identify international universities interested in partnering with Georgian universities to offer STEM degrees. The RFP solicited proposals from international universities, alone or in consortia, that could offer international university STEM bachelor degree(s) in partnership with Georgian public universities. A technical evaluation panel selected three proposals from U.S. universities that will undertake detailed program development analyses and tasks that will be completed using Compact Implementation Funding, including development of a full technical implementation plan.
