Common use of International Obligations Clause in Contracts

International Obligations. 15.1 The Licensee shall conform to International Laws, Treaties Conventions and Standards, including but not limited to recommendations, standards and positions of the International Telecommunications Union. 15.2 The Licensee shall have the status of a Recognized Private Operating Agency within the meaning of the International Telecommunication Convention. 15.3 The Licensee shall negotiate and conclude all necessary international commercial and operating agreements arising directly from or required by virtue of the Licensee's status from time to time under the applicable rules and regulations in the telecommunications sector subject to prior notification to or, where necessary, prior approval by the Licensor or such other requirements as the Licensor may establish from time to time.
