International Data Sample Clauses

The International Data clause governs the transfer, storage, and processing of data across national borders. It typically outlines the requirements for compliance with relevant data protection laws, such as the GDPR, and may specify the safeguards or mechanisms—like standard contractual clauses or data transfer agreements—that must be in place when data is sent to or accessed from other countries. This clause ensures that personal or sensitive information remains protected regardless of where it is handled, addressing legal and privacy concerns associated with cross-border data flows.
