INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION. The Parties reaffirm their existing rights and obligations under the WTO Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (hereinafter referred to as “the TRIPS Agreement”).

The following shall not apply to this contract: (a) the Uniform Law on the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Law on the Formation of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; (b) the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 1980; and (c) the United Nations Convention on the Limitation Period in the International Sale of Goods, concluded at New York on 14 June 1974, and the Protocol Amending the Convention on the Limitation Period in the International Sale of Goods, concluded at Vienna on 11 April 1980.
