Internal Users Clause Samples
Internal Users. Those employees and contractors of Academic Institution and students enrolled at Academic Institution who are listed on Attachment A. Research Recipients: Those individuals or entities, excluding Internal Users, to whom an Academic Institution provides (or provides access to) Derivative Works in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Internal Users. By this are meant employees or wage earners who work for the Licensee, who are authorised by the Licensee to use the Program in their work for the Licensee.
Internal Users faculty, staff and recognized campus groups utilizing CSM facilities and spaces for college related activities.
Internal Users. Users are issued an Acquia Device or Acquia Devices and provisioned with access to certain Acquia Systems for the purpose of conducting Acquia business and are expected to exercise sound judgment and act in a professional manner when using these resources. This includes acting in accordance with the following Acceptable Use Policies:

b. Users must not install any software on laptops for personal or non-work purposes.
a. Personal Devices are only permitted to access Acquia Public Information and Internal Use Only Information. To the extent under Users control, Internal Use Only Information must not be stored locally on that device and must not be processed using said Personal Device.
b. Users must not retain any documents, information, etc. containing Acquia data residing on their Personal Device(s) after termination of employment with Acquia. ● Users must report all security incidents or suspected incidents to the Information Security department by emailing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. (e.g. e-mail received from untrusted source with an attachment)
