Internal quality reviews. Notwithstanding subsection 4.9(a), FTI Consulting, Inc. may disclose any Confidential Information referred to in subsection 4.9(b) to any other Affiliate for internal quality reviews; provided that such Affiliate will be subject to the confidentiality provisions of Section 4.9.
