INTERNAL MOONLIGHTING. A. Employees who hold a regular appointment as a Physician Assistant with the University may work additional shifts in an internal moonlighting capacity on a service that is not their primary work appointment. B. An internal moonlighting position shall not be limited in duration. C. The salary grade for an internal moonlighting position shall be set based on the specialty of the moonlighting position according to the CBA. The Step placement will remain consistent with the Employee’s regular appointment.
