Internal Mail Service. The Union shall have the right to use the internal College mail including e-mail, to communicate with members of the bargaining unit at no cost to the Union. Non-returning (and non-retiring) faculty members shall have the option of having college e-mail forwarded to another e-mail address for twelve (12) months after the end of the semester. The faculty member shall be responsible for notifying IT security of the forwarding e-mail address.
Internal Mail Service. The internal mail service of Management, excluding metered, franked, or other paid mail service, shall be available to the Union. Sealed envelopes addressed to or by Union officials shall be processed in a timely manner and not be tampered with.
Internal Mail Service. 430 UFF-Brevard, through agreed upon representatives, shall have the right to use the internal College mail 431 including e-mail, to communicate with members of the bargaining unit at no cost to UFF-Brevard. UFF- 432 Brevard Executive Council shall have access to any and all College email distribution lists which include 433 faculty members in the bargaining unit.
Internal Mail Service. The Association may use the internal document delivery service of the Board, without U.S. Postage, and professional employee mailboxes for communication to bargaining unit members including email. The Board reserves the right to establish mail routes. The Association shall be notified of any and all such permanent route changes prior to their implementation.
Internal Mail Service. The Landlord shall provide internal mail services to the Accommodation to the same standard as that provided to the rest of the Landlord’s Premises.
Internal Mail Service. The internal mail service of the Employer shall be available for use by the Union to perform representational activities, i.e. U.S. Postal Service metered mail and postage.
Internal Mail Service. The Federation shall have the right to use the internal mail delivery system of the Board for official Federation communication provided all such communications are: (1) personally addressed to teachers or administrators; (2) in containers no larger than sixteen inches (16") by twenty-four inches (24") by three inches (3"); and (3) sorted by driver and destination. It is further provided that such communications shall not include materials which are primarily oriented to the candidacy of persons for political office. The Federation shall reimburse the Board postage, if the Board shall be required to pay the same. The Jefferson Federation of Teachers' office will be a delivery and pick up site for at least one driver provided that the Jefferson Federation of Teachers' office is within three (3) miles of a driver's route.
Internal Mail Service. A. The Board shall provide internal mail service to all work sites, excluding Grand Isle, on a daily basis.
