Internal Dispute Resolution Procedures. Each Party shall appoint a representative who shall be responsible for administering this Agreement on behalf of such Party and for representing the Party's interests in disagreements. Any dispute that is not resolved between the Parties' representatives within ten (10) Business Days of when the disagreement is first raised by written notice by either Party to the other Party shall be referred by the Parties' representatives in writing to the senior management of the Parties for resolution.
