Internal Data Use. The HIE may use or disclose Data submitted as necessary for internal HIE management and administration or to carry out its legal responsibilities as permitted under the Privacy Rule, provided such uses and disclosures are required or permitted by federal law or the laws or regulations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
