Internal Control Over Financial Reporting and Internal Accounting Controls. The Company maintains a system of internal accounting controls sufficient to provide reasonable assurance that: (A) transactions are executed in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization; (B) transactions are recorded as necessary to permit preparation of financial statements in conformity with IFRS and to maintain accountability for assets; (C) access to assets is permitted only in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization; and (D) the recorded accounting for assets is compared with the existing assets at reasonable intervals and appropriate action is taken with respect to any differences. The Company believes that the Company’s internal control over financial reporting (as such term is defined in Rule 13a-15(f) under the Exchange Act and Canadian Securities Laws) is effective and the Company is not aware of any material weakness in its internal control over financial reporting.
